In 2020 Senate undertook an external review of its committee structure and established a new committee structure, effective 1 October 2020. One of the committees established was the Finance Committee. The Committee had most of the functions of the old Finance and Audit Committee. The last meeting of the Finance an Audit Committee was held on 9 September 2020 and the first meeting of the Finance Committee on 12 October 2020.

This series consists of electronic copies in PDF format. For each meeting there is a file for a) minutes of the meetings and b) an agenda pack for the meeting. File titles contain the date of the meeting in the format 'yyyymmdd'.

The minutes record time, date and place of meeting; those present (members, regular and invited attendees), apologies, and matters discussed and decisions made. Most of the minutes are not signed; if they are this is noted in the file title.

The Agenda packs consist of the agenda and documents tabled for individual items.
